All Black & Blue Sales are Final. We do not offer REFUNDS only EXCHANGES for the SAME item if it is DAMAGED. If an item is DAMAGED, you must e-mail us or fax us to request an exchange. A written request for an exchange MUST be done within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive a return label and must send the entire product back to our office. We will not accept exchanges for empty containers. We will not accept exchanges on Sampler Products. Once the damaged item has been received please allow up to 21 days to receive the same item if it is in stock. Out of stock items may take longer and we will only offer you a chance to choose another item for the same or a higher price. Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees for exchanged items sold at a higher price. Black & Blue Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse to exchange an item more than once. Customer agrees to hold Black & Blue Cosmetics harmless for any claims arising out of the use, misuse or purchase of these products.
